Dear all,

I'm sad to announce that the Wytham Abbey Project will be shutting down. Unfortunately, we did not meet the funding bar of our major funders, and the board has decided to sell the Wytham estate.

It has been a pleasure putting on this project in this wonderful space, and I and the rest of the Wytham team are very grateful for the amount of support we received in the past two years.

Thank you very much to the EV operational team, who managed our HR and finances and provided us with a legal charitable base on which to run this project.

Thank you to the Wytham villagers who received us so warmly.

And thank you to the workshop directors and participants who came to seriously reflect on large-scale puzzles and problems. It takes courage to bring people together to tackle problems without obvious solutions, and I hope you and the world are better off for your efforts.

Please know that Graeme will continue to look after the building until EV passes on its stewardship.
